𝒯𝑜𝓅𝒾𝒸: "Rotten or Ripe"?

Rotten or Ripe? This is a quick blog that I felt the need to write after listening to something on social media.

When it comes to the gift of #Prophecy, there are #Many GOD Appointed Prophets; but there are MANY False Prophets/Teachers/Preachers as well. The Bible tells us to #Test the Spirit to know which is which.

1 John 4:1 says, "Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but #TEST the spirits to see whether they are from God, for MANY false prophets have gone out into the world"....

Someone is asking, "Well Monica how DO you test a spirit to see if they are truly of God"? And I'm sooo Glad You asked:

1. #KNOW the Word of God for Yourself! Study it, read it, listen to God. God's Word is #Consistent and there is No Confusion. When we study and read in our bible's, that is God speaking to us.

2. #LISTEN Sometimes we are quick to shut people down when they are Prophesying. But let them talk long enough YOU should be able to detect right away if their words are Aligned with #THE Word of God. If they are false, don't get it twisted, God will not be mocked! He will certainly deal with them.

3. Let the Spirit of God (Holy Ghost) #Reveal what's Real. In the natural it's called (Intuition, Gut Feeling/Coincidence/ Deja Vu). In the spiritual sense or realm, it's called discernment. Utilize your God given wisdom and ask God directly.

4. #WATCH Look at the Person! What does the Fruit of their Spiritual Life Look Like? Who are they centerd around? What's covering their social media pages? What does their talk look like? What do their relationships look like? Are they gossippers or are they worshippers?

So let me ask again. Is it Rotten or Ripe?
