"O Give Thanks"

𝒲𝑒𝒹𝓃𝑒𝓈𝒹𝒶𝓎'𝓈 𝒫𝓇𝒶𝓎𝑒𝓇: 𝟥/𝟥/𝟤𝟢𝟤𝟣

𝒮𝒸𝓇𝒾𝓅𝓉𝓊𝓇𝑒: 1 Thessalonians 5:18

𝒯𝑜𝓅𝒾𝒸: "O Give Thanks"

𝒢𝑜𝑜𝒹 𝑀𝑜𝓇𝓃𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝓉𝑜 𝒴𝑜𝓊,

1 Thessalonians 5:18 reads, "Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you". In all that we do, in all that we are through Christ Jesus, in all of God's grace that He supplies us with sufficiently, we are to give God consistent thanks.

In good times. In bad times. In dark seasons. In the lightest of seasons, give Him thanks. Give God thanks when you're happy. Give God our Father thanks when you're sad. In all that you do, give God thanks.

Give God thanks when you're up. Give God thanks when you're down. But in all your giving, give God His thanks. Give God thanks when you first wake up and give God thanks before you go to bed. But in all that you do, give your Father that art in Heaven thanks.

Father God in the name of Jesus, we praise You God. Father God You alone deserve all the glory, all the honor and all the praise. Father God on today, we acknowledge You and give You thanks. Father God thank You for waking us up another day. Father God thank You for allowing us to be clothed in our right minds. Father God thank you for the shelter that covered us last night. Father God thank you for food in our refrigerators.

Father God I remember times when I had no clue how I would pay rent, how I would eat, or how I would survive. Father God you kept me. Father God you covered and protected me. Father God you fed me.

Scripture says in in Matthew 6:26, "Behold the fowls of the air; for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they"?

Father God thank You for taking care of us. Father thank You for allowing us to place our anxieties and cares upon You (1 Peter 5:7). Father God thank You for Christ Jesus. Thank You God for the slain Lamb. Father thank You for our Redeemer and Savior. Father God this prayer is a simple thanks to You.
